This depends on the model: some lights use a replaceable bulb, others have integrated LEDs. Check the product page for the light source and whether it is included. If unclear, contact us before ordering.
Compatibility depends on the fixture, light source and dimmer. A replaceable bulb must support dimming; integrated LEDs need compatible equipment. Check the product specifications. A remote control does not automatically mean compatibility with a wall dimmer.
Check the dimensions, weight, mounting surface and electrical specifications. Use a qualified professional for fixtures connected to the mains. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and check what is supplied before installation.
Delivery is free to France, Belgium and Germany. Times vary by model: check the product page and our shipping policy. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment validation.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the terms and exceptions in our returns policy. Contact info@glancedesign.fr for the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for a withdrawal.
