Welcome to Glance Design! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glance Design. Glance Design operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). Glance Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service and all related policies (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully: they contain important information about your legal rights, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Glance Design reserves the right to accept or refuse it for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until Glance Design confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before accepting an order. Review your order carefully before submitting it, as Glance Design may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number supplied when ordering.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use, not commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping and handling charges, customs and import duties.
Prices in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical stores or online or other stores operated by third parties. We may occasionally offer promotions affecting prices and governed by terms separate from these Terms. In case of conflict, the promotion terms prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and promptly update your account and other information, including email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information provided is true, correct and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card provider; and (iv) you will pay the charges at displayed prices, including applicable shipping, handling and taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all registered marks, trademarks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by Glance Design, its affiliates or licensors and protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Glance Design’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Glance Design or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without Glance Design’s prior written consent. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may access third-party customer tools through the Services which we neither monitor nor control or influence. You acknowledge and agree that access is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement of any kind. We disclaim liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of optional tools offered on the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure you understand and approve the terms on which the relevant third-party providers supply them. Glance Design is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases made in our Store are directly with Glance Design. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Glance Design, including injury, damage or loss arising from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liability arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Glance Design.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Glance Design, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to a third party due to or arising from (1) your breach of these Terms or documents incorporated by reference, (2) your violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim; failure to notify promptly will not release you from your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle a claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense, including by providing relevant documents.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If a provision is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies or operating rules published by us on this site or concerning the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use, superseding prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications and proposals, including prior versions of these Terms. Ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreement under which we provide Services shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Glance Design has its registered office. You and Glance Design agree to the venue and personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You may review the latest version of the Terms at any time on this page. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law, and they will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of or access to the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
