Article 1 – Legal information

GLANCE DESIGN, sole proprietorship. Website: glancedesign.fr.

Article 2 – Purpose

These terms govern sales of products offered on glancedesign.fr. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are those shown on glancedesign.fr. Each product has a description supplied by its manufacturer. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the seller.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes. GLANCE DESIGN may change prices at any time; the price shown in the catalogue on the order date is the only price applicable to the buyer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made through Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include bank cards and other options offered by Shopify Payments. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Article 6 – Delivery

In-stock products: 2 to 6 working days from our warehouse in Germany. Products not in stock: 4 to 8 weeks. Delivery is free to France and Belgium. International shipments: €190. Delivery times run from the order's dispatch date.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

Under applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons or paying penalties. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Please contact us before returning anything to obtain the return address. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Article 8 – Warranties

All products benefit from a two-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under applicable law. You also benefit from the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Article 9 – Liability

GLANCE DESIGN cannot be held liable for non-performance due to stock shortages, product unavailability or force majeure.

Article 10 – Personal data

Information collected is processed electronically to manage orders. Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.

Article 11 – Mediation

Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute.

Article 12 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the competent court will be the court for the location of GLANCE DESIGN's registered office.
